St. Pete native Molly has a passion and background for growing companies & helping them connect the dots for success. Her entrepreneurial spirit and sales drive has helped her build companies across multiple industries, going all the way back to those good ole dotcom days. Supporting her best friend's endeavors and visions has never made her happier, and she is committed to the success of Mowgli's Tiffin.

Currently residing in WA state, Molly brings a Pacific Northwest flair to the table, and dreams of the day that she can finally move home!

Originally from Ohio, Mindy moved to St. Pete in 1986 and quickly embraced her passion for bringing people together through great food. With a background in the restaurant industry since age 16, she has spent the past 25 years managing large-scale food operations at major sports venues and opening several restaurants. Mindy takes pride in supporting her friends, especially as one of them opens their first restaurant!

When she’s not crafting memorable dining experiences for her clients, Mindy is a devoted mama who loves teaching her 3 children the joys of cooking in her own kitchen. Each of them has developed their own culinary flair, inspired by her passion for the art of culinary.
